Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available for defective or damaged products, or in cases where an order was incorrectly fulfilled. All requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your item, along with proof of purchase.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at only@theonlyholdings.com. Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Non-Refundable Items
Limited edition, pre-order, or promotional items are non-refundable unless defective. Shipping costs are also non-refundable. Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.
